Mindful Mornings
The Mind-Body Trauma Care Lab at the UMD Department of Psychology invites you to begin Mindful Mornings on Fridays at 10:30 - 11:15 a.m. Central Time in Cina Hall Room 214 *or* via Zoom Webinar.

Sessions are free and open to all. Join at any time:
10:30 - 10:45 CT — body scan & somatic share
10:45 - 11:00 CT — seated mindful movement
11:00 - 11:15 CT — reflection & silent meditation
For those joining at Cina Hall, several meditation cushions, yoga blocks, and yoga mats will be available.

UMN Employees and Spouses: Receive 200 Wellbeing points per session.
*** To receive Wellbeing points, you simply need to register with your ID # (below) and log onto Zoom. There is no extra form to complete. We track attendance via Zoom log-ins only. Points will be automatically input monthly under Mindful Mondays (even though this is on Fridays).
