Ethical Leadership: The Fractal for Equitable Enduring Change with Dr. Monica Sharma
The time has come for Radical Transformational Leadership. This model is designed for sourcing our inner capacities and wisdom to manifest change that embodies universal values of dignity, compassion and fairness, and simultaneously transform unworkable systems and norms in order to solve problems.

Our personal selves are not separate from our professional and political selves, and everyone can contribute to radical transformation. Each of us has the power to make a difference, no matter what level of formal or informal leadership role we have, in the way we nurture our families and the conversations we shift in society. Change is possible by starting where you are standing, by designing for results with specificity, and by doing things differently.

It is time to deconstruct the power that divides us as adults and children, as supervisor and employee, as western and non-western, as religious and non-religious, as national and immigrant, as billionaire and poor. When we are able to truly listen, see, and respond to the other's perspective, there are openings for profound changes to take place.

In this presentation, you will:
- Explore ‘unworkable’ systems and cultural norms, and learn how to take action to generate equitable and enduring results
- Learn how to deconstruct what divides groups of people and transcend polarities to respond ethically to complex social issues
- Understand how radical transformational leadership creates openings for profound change
