Design your Life: Get Unstuck in your Career

Do you feel “stuck” in your career? Are you constantly feeling drained and unmotivated at work? Sometimes all it takes is a fresh perspective and tiny adjustments to reinvigorate your work and career wellbeing.
In this hands-on virtual career session, you will learn how to use Design Thinking techniques to reflect, examine, and take action to be happier in your career.
Led by Brigette Marty and Will O’Brien, career coaches at the Carlson Business Career Center, participants will work through a process to identify what in their career lives is energy-giving, which aspects can be draining, and then discover ways to do more of what gives you energy and how to recalibrate energy-drainers.
