On this last project, it sounds like external factors w/ the vendor constrained the PM process you could use (incremental). Beyond that, for each of these projects, where on the decision-making spectrum did the selection of the PM process fall? (e.g. unilateral decision by main PM or executive sponsor, consultative decision, or team consensus decision) Thank you for these case studies, they are very illuminating!
