The late 80s Dune may be particularly challenging as well as there were different edits of it and David Lynch took his name off of some of them.

Plus, movie purists believe in both the big screen and the public nature of film.

I don’t think we’re every going to create a successful business model around movie purists. All there of them are too busy listening to their LPs to spend lots of time at the theatre. :-)

I think it will be fall before people will be really ready to return to theaters.

I think we’ll come to the theatre when we’ve had a vaccine, and probably not any earlier, but that’s just us.

Whenever Morris Theatre does re-open, there needs to be a big publicity push to highlight (1) that you're open again (hooray!) and (2) any safety measures.

For me, I'm waiting for a vaccine or the numbers of new cases is very low.

If I remember correctly, Singing in the Rain was one of the most popular showings during the film festival, so there is a precedent for "older" movies drawing audiences.

I can't imagine going to a movie until at least probably fall, and until vaccines are fully deployed. I'd also say that to make reopening a Party, it can't happen until most people feel comfortable participating. And lastly, I think folks are desperate not for more "screen time", necessarily, but for socializing, so any Party plans should highlight the communal experience.
