Thinking About Graduate School? An Honest Conversation for BIPOC students

Come talk with Black, Indigenous, and grad students of color from the Critical Race and Ethnic Studies graduate writing group (CRES) pursuing their PhDs in the humanities and social sciences. We'll share a bit about our experiences in higher education, what it means to navigate academic institutions and institutional violence, how we dealt with the application process, and particularly answer any questions/concerns folks who are considering graduate school might have for us.

Open to all BIPOC undergraduate students considering applying to grad school with the support of CLA Career Services and the Center for Race, Indigeneity, Disability, Gender, and Sexuality Studies (RIDGS). Please bring your questions!
