Joel Haskard is the Clean Energy Resource Teams (CERTs) Co-Director for the University of Minnesota’s Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships and Extension. A jack of all trades, Joel works across CERTs programming. One of his current areas of focus is on ways to reduce the energy burden for low-income households.
Melissa Birch in the Clean Energy Resource Teams Central Region Coordinator. She coordinates all of CERT work across the Central Region. Melissa authored the CERTs Home Energy Guide suite of resources for renters, landlords, manufactured homes, and single family homes.
Alexis Troschinetz is the Behavioral Science and Evaluation Manager with the Clean Energy Resource Teams (CERTs) at the University of Minnesota’s Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships and Extension. Alexis taps into her engineering background to understand home energy efficiency technologies, as well as infuses behavior change science into CERTs programming.
