Extension Community Economics Specialist Michael Darger will be joined by Ben Cutler, a recent graduate of Concordia University (Saint Paul) Masters of Human Resource Management program.

Ben’s research was a culmination of a year's worth of work for his final project for his master's program. Ben has worked as an HR professional in payroll and as a teacher. He will be continuing to learn about succession planning and spreading the importance of this topic for business owners.
