Description:
Join us for a virtual presentation on how erosion has impacted Minnesota Point. We will talk about modern and historical erosion rates and shoreline change from 1861 to present. We will share how erosion rates have increased in recent years and discuss what drives higher erosion on our shorelines. This meeting is hosted by Minnesota Sea Grant, Minnesota’s Lake Superior Coastal Program (DNR), and the Park Point Erosion and High Water Committee.
