Jennifer Reilly joined MKS Instruments in August of 2019 as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Reilly has over twenty-five years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining MKS Instruments, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Danaher Life Sciences Platform, a $6.5 billion division of the Danaher Corporation. Previously, Ms. Reilly was the Vice President of Human Resources and Communications for Danaher’s Radiometer Operating Company and resided in Copenhagen, Denmark. Prior to joining Danaher, Ms. Reilly spent almost 20 years in the CPG/Food industry with both the Hershey Company and General Mills in various global leadership roles of increasing responsibility within Human Resources. Additionally, Ms. Reilly has a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Olaf College.
